1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the See His Love mobile application (iOS and Android) or website located at https://seehislove.com (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Windows of Light, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Utah.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us promptly at support@seehislove.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Company Ownership
All content submitted to, posted on, or transmitted through the Service—including but not limited to text, photos, images, moments, comments, and other materials (“Content”)—becomes the sole and exclusive property of Windows of Light, LLC upon submission. By submitting Content, you irrevocably assign to us all rights, title, and interest in and to that Content, including all intellectual property rights, worldwide, without compensation to you.
4.2 Your Representations
By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the Content and to assign the rights described above
- The Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- The Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
4.3 Company Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, logos, trademarks, and all other materials provided by us (excluding user-submitted Content), is the exclusive property of Windows of Light, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post, share, or transmit content that constitutes hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other characteristic
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in commercial solicitation of other users
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload, share, or distribute illegal content, including content that violates copyright, privacy, or other applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without consent
We reserve the right to remove any Content and suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these prohibitions or is otherwise harmful to the community or the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
6.1 Community Support Subscriptions
The Service offers in-app subscriptions and purchases that allow users to financially support the See His Love community.
Subscription payments support the ongoing operation and development of the Service. We retain full discretion over the allocation and use of all subscription revenue.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us (or our payment processor, RevenueCat) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.3 Refunds
All subscription payments and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Windows of Light, LLC on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@seehislove.com. We are under no obligation to grant any refund request. Refund eligibility may also be subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Your continued subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Service Availability and Data
7.1 No Guarantee of Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAY MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY.
7.2 No Guarantee of Data Retention
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY CONTENT OR DATA YOU SUBMIT TO THE SERVICE WILL BE STORED INDEFINITELY OR WILL NOT BE LOST. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF ANY CONTENT YOU SUBMIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF CONTENT OR DATA.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WINDOWS OF LIGHT, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WINDOWS OF LIGHT, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, CONTENT, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any content submitted to or transmitted through the Service
- Loss of data or failure to store data
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or content
- Any other matter relating to the Service
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Windows of Light, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any Content you submit; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
11.1 Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (“Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. You and Windows of Light, LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11.2 Arbitration Process
Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitration shall take place in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11.3 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
11.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@seehislove.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
15. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify you through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Windows of Light, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
